Data-driven activation:fields

In activation:fields, data can encode the form of the environment using computational logic. Form, in this context, is defined by quantitative, qualitative and locational data. Design through generative processes is fed by data-sets. These data-sets describe and generate dynamic patterns, forms and evolutionary behavior of systems (in general), and the natural and man-made environment, in the case of activation:fields.

Sensor networks can generate formal structures that evolve in real time according to the dynamic behaviour of complex systems. Through the deployment of simple sensors, we will capture and generate dynamic data structures in order to dynamically model real and potential representation from these generative processes.
